[VoIP] Asterisk-Adtran dial rate

This might be a complete red herring, but I thought I would throw it 
into the arena.

When we first set up Alan's Asterisk, with an x100p clone for the FXO 
interface, wired to a Group selector.
The pulsing was very erratic. It was as if the loop resistance was too 
low, or some sort of back emf problem. The pulsing relay seemed to over 
saturate, and hold on too long during the break pulses. To cure this, we 
put a 50 ohm resistor in both legs of the pair.
