[VoIP] Pulsing

Max,

After a lot of experimenting I have settled on the following as final 
values for my zaptel.h

#define    ZT_DEFAULT_PULSEMAKETIME 40   
#define    ZT_DEFAULT_PULSEBREAKTIME 60  

These  have cured the misdialing, at least for my switch. I ran my 
routiner script and watched it dial 600 on my switch over 50 times, with 
no errors. This was causing a 10-15% error rate with the old setting.

I think the pulsing is still rather irregular, but at least with the 
above it is close enough for the relays in the step switches. When I had 
things slowed down with 52 and 78 for the above, the irregularity was 
really noticeable.

I will be interested to see how Lee Spenadel does with these.

When I get a chance I will intsall the patch that allow sthe pulsing to 
be heard.
