[VoIP] Bogus CallerID (oops)

We learned to adapt to what is offered.  Knowing you only have so much
money to spend on upgrades you can't have it all.  Still it is odd that
this switch got installed in the metro Detroit area.  Kind of an orphan.

The switch I work on in my real life is an EWSD.  We offer NI2, and NI2
only.  Not sure if the 5E-type PRI is even available on EWSD, but it isn't
in the software load that we have purchased from Nokia Siemens. So, our
customers have to either adapt, or use CAS/DAL. (or loop start/ground start
lines).
