Based on what you've written, a modern key system behind Centrex is 
probably the best idea -- they probably don't need any features other 
than what they have with the present key system. Avaya Legend or Magix 
in square key configuration is rugged and very simple to maintain. The 
voicemail is fiddly to set up, but it sounds like you don't need it.
