[VoIP] Asterisk and Payphones

I don't know if you'd be able to include a 3-slot patch in the project, but
my payphone is a pre-pay 3-slot Automatic Electric.  It has the "ding" bell
for nickels and dimes, but using a "gong" for a quarter.
