Looks like about $30 on eBay. I forget exactly what kind of memory is
needed for the MC3810, I think it's a parity SIMM. However, if you
search for mc3810 on eBay, there are a ton of listings of "64M Memory
Module for MC3810" for about $30 each.

I'm pretty sure you need the 64M of RAM to run any version of IOS that
supports SIP on the 3810, but I could be wrong about that.
