[VoIP] Cisco 3810

I used hyperterminal from a windows machine set to 9600,n,8,1 and NO 
flow control

Once you get the Ethernet port set up you can telnet to the box.
John Jones is the highest authority on this though.
 From my experiences, cut and pasting of the commands doesn't work well, 
due to lack of any flow control. That seems to be the way Cisco set up 
the console port!
