For one FXO port from each of the switches: Panel, #1XB, #5XB, SXS, North CX and #3ESS, perhaps the Cisco alone would suffice. Not sure what the available configs are for the 3810. ISTR hearing mention of 6 analog ports.

The Cisco 3810 will support 6 analog ports of either FXO, FXS or E&M. In
order to work with Asterisk, it needs to be loaded with a SIP image, and
all communication with Asterisk is through SIP.
the 3810, depending on what one pays for it, and if one can obtain the
proper software, and configuration, can end up costing as much or more
as the T1 route, though E&M circuits for channel banks are harder to
find than for the 3810
Cisco documentation is its own mousetrap, and probably even worse in
some ways than Asterisk.

I suppose it comes down to the value of ones time, and the number of
ports needed.

I have dabbled in ATA's, both SIP and IAX, PCI analog cards, T1 and with
help from John Jones the Cisco 3810, and all have their tradeoffs.
