[VoIP] ProjectMF box

Yes... I know what a blue box is.  From direct personal experience.  
Contrary to popular belief, Steve Wozniak did not "invent" it.

I'd like to know in 25 words or less what "Windows.NET MF/SF dialer" 
will do, as opposed to ProjectMF.
