The .NET Windows dialer is an application that allows
one to make the tones needed to access the ProjectMf
system. It is a software Blue Box. It generates the
2600 tone to seize the trunk, as well as the KP, ST
and MF digit tones. It looks like a telephone keypad
on the screen, with the addition of the 2600 tone
button.
.NET is a programming environment that is available
for Microsoft for free. It must be instaled to run the
application. You probably already have it.
You can run the program, dial ProjectMF on CNET, hold
the PC speaker to the phone and route calls around,
either to internal Asterisk test numbers I have set
up, back out to CNET, or to the PSTN
