[VoIP] Is ckts.info down?

Rebooted it, and it's going again. 

It was a weird one, though. Something I'd not seen before: The apache
server had died, and wouldn't restart, complaining about mutex not
finding any space left on the device -- and the drive is only 19% full.

Oh, well.   FM.
