[VoIP] ENUM Round Robin DNS?

Please forgive a NANPA-centric guy, but...

1. Does this mean that I should do something OTHER than 448081, or IN
ADDITION to it?
 
2. I'm assuming that 44-8081 is the entire number, as I got Ian's
speaking clock when calling it.
