[VoIP] New conference number

I've added a new conference bridge at 1-762-2111. It
is the same conference that can be accessed via Blue
Box at 1-762-2600/2601 with KP + 2111 + ST. KP +
xxx2111 + ST works too, with any area code.

Access through 762-1111 has no timeout. Access via
Blue Box does, to protect the trunk (10 minutes, with
a warning at 45 seconds). You can reconnect via Blue
Box without redialing after being dumped, though.

Afficionados will note that "2111" was the code of the
historic Vancouver phone phreak conference in the
70's, arranged through a quirky Telex test board in
Vancouver.
