[VoIP] "The First Mobile Telephone Exchange"

Celyn (0352 70) 223 - an interesting recording of the Post Master General inaugurating the world's first Mobile Telephone Exchange in December 1938.  I couldn't find a mobile UAX12 on any of my STD codes, so had to do with a number on "Celyn", a mobile UAX13 ( in service from 1975 to 1979) - slightly later than 1938 !!
