[VoIP] Additional Asterisk Features

The repeater controller application is Zaptel based and doesn't work  
with ATAs.

Anything else should work on a WRT.  The text to speech engine I use  
for weather and stuff is called Cepstral.  The audio conferencing  
would need the zt_dummy driver installed (as well as any music on  
hold).  As long as you can get that to work, you should be fine.
