I changed this to work in a slightly different way:
You get 30 seconds of ringback. You can try to seize
during this period. After 30 seconds, the trunk will
seize automatically. A brief chirp of 2600 from here
allows MF dialing.
This was added because of the difficulty seizing from
the ringing line. Seizing the ringing line works well
when coming in from CNET, but is harder when coming in
from the PSTN - (630)485-2995.
