[VoIP] ProjectMF Changes

Hi, Jayson,
I seem to recall this being an issue with blue box
users back when the ESS machines began replacing
electromechanical switches in end-offices. When
seizing a trunk with 2600, the handshake wink from the
far end would be interpreted as supervision, then a
hangup and the local office of the blue box user would
dump the call after 20 seconds or so.
I'll try calling the Wawina sup test through the SF
trunks and directly through IAX to see if there are
any differences in response.
