I have bought two of these from the same seller, they appear to be 
already set up for SIP, and modules are available to replace the FXS 
with either FXO or E&M can be had for 15-20 bucks each on eBay
There is one bid on this already, but in my experience this one can be 
had with careful sniping.
Can't say how many the seller has, but they are all surplus from the MO 
national guard.
