[VoIP] Stutter Tone

I'm having trouble with my voice mail message stutter tone.

 

 

When I was a SIP extension I would get the stutter tone from the ATA.  Now
that I'm a channel bank extension, I no longer seem to get my stutter tone
when a vm has been left.  What's controlling that now and which .conf file
do I need to tweak?  I just found that I had 6 VM waiting for me.
