[VoIP] Sangoma A200/A400 cards

Just tried the FXO port on my A200 and it does indeed support pulse 
dialling.  Enabled by putting "pulsedial=yes" in zapata.conf, just like 
the Digium cards.  Given this, I would assume that the FXS ports will 
accept pulse dialling, but one can never be sure.

I would also assume (with the usual caveats) that the A400 cards work 
similarly.
