[VoIP] Asterisk version numbers

I seem to remember them saying something about that previously, though  
I don't remember when it was.

To me, it seems obvious when you look at the downloads page at  
http://www.asterisk.org/downloads

Though, it might not be obvious that you could use zaptel 1.2.10 with  
asterisk 1.2.13, for example.

Personally, I have either always installed the latest of everything  
for a particular release, or the bleeding edge development stuff when  
I want something brand new.
