I wasn't aware that it was known as a 3500, but yes, the ABCD keys are a 
column to the right of the 369# column.  If the phone was an actual 
Autovon phone, it would very likely be a four-wire set, and the keys 
would be marked differently: A would be "FO" (Flash Override), B would 
be "FI" (Flash Immediate), C would be "F" (Flash), and D would be marked 
"P" (Priority).  Also, the # key would be marked "A".

Asterisk can generate the ABCD tones and use them in extensions - and 
most modems can also generate them.
