You'd have to use blind transfer for that, which requires dialing out 
and back into your switch, leaving the incoming call up. I don't know 
whether that would work. The module app_disa.c hangs up after the call 
is placed, so you can't just stack another call to it after the first 
one hangs up. Another workaround that Ward Mundy talks about is to have 
your incoming call hangup and call you back at the CLID number you're 
calling from.
