I know nothing.
Usually one can spoof the provisioning server with enough effort,
unless it needs some sort of cryptographic signature.
The question in this case is whether the amount of effort it takes to
change the thing is greater than the amount of money it costs to scrap
the Vonage adapter and spring for something unlocked. How much is
your time worth? :)
