[VoIP] Line reversals for payphones.....

That is what I had kind of assumed.  That is when I receive an answer supv
was it really the correct point in the call.  But hey this is how we find
out and perhaps migrate as we can to better hardware and software.

Dennis,

I think the whole picture is this:
CNET is capable of transmitting answer supervision.  If the terminating
end is using a cheap modem card FXO it will always report an answer
condition shortly after outpulsing into the terminating switch.  If you
are using a Sipura SPA2K like Jayson and have answer supervision
enabled, you will get answer supervision soon after dialing when you
call a destination that is using one of these FXOs.  Otherwise you will
get it correctly at the actual time of answer.
