[VoIP] equipment needed

Dear Friends and Others:

I have been offered a "new old stock" Western Electric 200-line model 701
PBX. It is complete with MRR, minus ringing machines, which are available
from another source. It is too far away to transport economically, however.
I am also in negotiations for a 740E PBX (78 line) which would suit my needs
and available space much better, but that deal is far from being firm, and
it would require a lot of labor to get serviceable.

So, I am looking for a complete, wired, working, 740E in the Midwest or near
the East Coast, and I would be willing to do a trade, plus or minus money,
for the 701.

I have no interest in assembling and wiring a bunch of parts -- (I did that
for a living for twenty years, so the thrill is gone) -- and I'd rather pay
someone to do that for me if there is one out there that needs assembling.

Alternatively, I would accept a WE packaged step switch, or a very
well-engineered and working home-brew WE demonstrator with a minimum of 4
talk paths, one outgoing trunk, and a three-digit dial plan.

Please keep this message in mind if and when you think of an available WE
switch. My budget is in the $1000 to $2000 range.

Thanks!!!
