[VoIP] ckts website

We suffer from two things, both of which are fixable.

First, my DSL connection is iffy.  Solution?  Co-located web hosting --
almost there.

Second, the hack-author of the website (me) sometimes forgets to turn
off debugging.  
If you run across all kinds of errors superimposed over valid content,
it *usually* can be safely ignored.
