It certainly sounds like the same guy.

As I pointed out to him, though, we're almost entirely IAX2, so having
SIP access in wouldn't do him much good.  And we have no secrets about
how to resolve ENUM. It's all there in the setup files.  So, some
IPT-literate person should have little difficulty dialing into any of us
from any IAX2-compatible connection.
