It's not terribly complicated, and I got it from someone else on the list 
(forgotten whom now):


exten => _36632XX,1,GoToIfTime(9:00-21:45,*,*,*?3)  <-- set your accessible 
times accordingly
exten => _36632XX,2,Macro(afterhrs)           <-- go here when it's out of 
hours
exten => _36632XX,3,Goto(internal,${EXTEN:4},1)   <-- or wherever


The "afterhrs" macro plays my intercept recording and hangs up.

I put anything that is 24/7 accessible BEFORE the time test.  Also, I am 
still on a much older version of Asterisk so I don't know if the Goto 
statements need modifying for the newer versions.
