[VoIP] "Owner" Column

[Greg Blakely]

On the North American listings, the "Owner" column is back, at least
until I can figure out a way to do it more elegantly.

On the European and Oceania listings, the owner can be found by clicking
on the office code.  I was specifically asked to remove the owner column
on these pages, in order to make it more readable.

I aimz to pleeze!
