Welcome Arthur - from the otherside of the "Pond" - nice to see the 
"Colonials" are still active !

I'm in a little country called Wales,  not to far from the border with 
England :-)

I've only, as yet, got a couple of old electro-mechanical switches connected 
to CNET - others will arrive once the building is up and they are installed. 
Currently I have a small rural switch which served a village in the North 
East of England from 1929 until 1950 when the British Post Office replaced 
it and it was sold or scrap. A local lawyer bought it and used it as an 
internal telephone system around his offices. As time went by all the other 
lawyers died and he was left on his own still working at the age of 95 in 
1999. I saved it just in time.  The other switch is a small LM Ericssons 
crossbar switch. Not very typical of the UK as regards numbering or tones.
