[VoIP] AT&T Stops 'Time', Ends An Er

Thanks Greg. It finally DID come through. It was delayed by many hours, 
but apparently nothing to do with the address, though it seemed that way 
at first. I gave it lots of time to ripple through before sending test 
messages.
