[VoIP] Call Stacking

I've been able to stack calls through both my SxS and PAX. 

 

Dial:

 

349-8688 - get SxS dial tone

Dial 8 for outside line

349-8688 - get SxS dial tone again

Dial 9 for outside line

255-8820 - get PAX / Viking Remote Access which supplies Asterisk dial tone

Dial anything else.

 

Don't be too long on the PAX dial tone as I haven't tweaked the call
disconnect value on the Viking.  I'm curious what the audio is like on the
stacked calls.  Also, you may have to press the 8 digit a few times when
you're trying to get Asterisk dial tone again from the SxS.
