[VoIP] Asterisk Programming Technique

Alas, other than a few sets, I have no 1A2 gear.  I don't
suppose this source has the single-line (2500-style) autovon
sets as well?  (I realize a could hot-wire the line into a
1A2 set, but that's less preferable)

I'd be interested in the link, in any case.
