[VoIP] APC UPS Question about the battery (resend)

Don't worry about it.  The batteries are delivered charged,
and are happy to sit that way for a long time.

The gel-cells they use in those things are pretty tough
and tolerate full discharges better than common lead-acid
batteries you might find under the hood of a car.
