[VoIP] ASR Program

Hi Lee

I am using Russ' ASR and John Coverts script with 100% recognition rates.

Being in the UK, I have the language set to UK English in line 2

exten => s,n,Set(l=3) ; U.K. English 

It might be worth a try.
