[VoIP] Re-Provisioning Motorola VT-1005

I have a Motorola VT1005 voice terminal that was previously used with
Vonage.  I believe this is the two-line version of the VT1000.

On reading some earlier posts about this, I'm fairly certain I will need
to "unlock" the device so it can be re-provisioned for use elsewhere.

However, I'm trying to locate both the specific admin commands that need
to be applied to the internal serial port, and the bticonfig utility that
is needed to compile a configuration file into a binary for TFTP loading.

Can anyone give me a hand with finding these items?
