[VoIP] Display 10-Digit Caller ID on SIP Phones?

The short answer is, I don't know.
The longer answer is: Have you tried setting the caller ID name to blank in
asterisk? I'm assuming of course that the IP address is in the name field.
Remember that the CALLERID macros of asterisk 1.2 no longer work in 1.4, you
need to use a new macro CALLERID(part).
That's my Brownian thought for the day.
