[VoIP] ENUM working in Asterisk

I think Shane was asking what you were running, i.e. before you upgraded 
to 1.4.16.2.

If you were running 1.2 before the ENUMLOOKUP has changed in 1.4 but if 
you were running 1.4 then the ENUMLOOKUP should still work okay.
