[VoIP] ENUM working in Asterisk

If 1.4.15 was running okay then I would've expected 1.4.16.2 to be 
working but as we heard from Greg in 1.4.16.1 the ENUMLOOKUP appeared to 
be broken. Perhaps the problem remains and is perhaps a case of it being 
broken in particular setups for some reason.

What I can say is that even though ENUMLOOKUP works fine on my 1.4.13 
system it didn't work originally on 1.4.9 even though I had modified it 
for the additional parameter after upgrading from 1.2.13. In the end 
retyping the line identically to the one I already had in the dialcnet 
macro was the answer and to this day I still have no idea why that made 
a difference.
