[VoIP] ENUM working in Asterisk

Yep, one of the really handy features of Asterisk is the ability to 
write an entire extensions.conf context and be able to test the whole 
with a simple parameter change in iax.conf, sip.conf etc always able to 
restore the original context if need be.

Of course it is confusing when one has [fromcnet] in iax.conf 
referencing [fromcnet] in extensions.conf as indeed I do.
