[VoIP] Another Surviving Rotary Exchange

Aside from the one in New Zealand, there is another preserved Rotary 
system in Budapest, Hungary. This one is a 7A1 that dates to 1928, and 
was in service until 1985.  It was built by Standard Electric in Budapest.
