[VoIP] Asterisk Startup

Perhaps, but I'm not so sure that would have worked on some of my *boxes
as they had a nasty habit of not recognising X100P cards on a cold boot
following e.g. a power outage and then Asterisk would usually fail.
Quite honestly without a decent UPS and some automatic method of
rebooting a PC after a power outage I can't see a use for an automatic
Asterisk start on boot unless X100P cards have been confirmed to have
been configured and I don't know how to do that automatically. I presume
a script of some sort would be required to check the output of ztcfg
before attempting to run Asterisk. I do have zaptel loaded
automatically, I have always done that although in the beginning I
didn't realise that I had!
If Asterisk is started at boot using 'make config' will it run with the
-c option or not? One of the things I really like about Linux is the
colour coded directories etc and the Asterisk CLI in colour is
particularly useful especially when I am running verbosity 4 or higher.
