For those who don't know, the TDM400 holds four of the mentioned modules
The TDM400 does have problems with some older motherboards. IF you have
a MB that has an ISA slot, forget using the TDM400, some early PCI only
ones that claim PCI 2.2, either don't or the TDM400 doesn't think it is.
If you want to use the FXO into a local switch with a very short loop,
you won't have much in the way of echo problems. In fact you may need a
pad to lengthen the loop a bit.
Phil McCarter and Michael Carter have done some work with these
artificial lines with a degree of success.
