[VoIP] 2600 Dial Pulse

Peter,

I share your view about this.  The change from CPS to Hz is a lot like 
standardized symbols on dashboards and other places...  Instead of 
simple intuitive plain English titles that native English speakers 
understood and foreign language speakers probably knew already or 
learned quickly, we have to suffer with cryptic icons that are equally 
unintelligible to all peoples regardless of language.

Most other measurements units simplify the expression of something that 
otherwise would be more complicated.  "Hz" seems only to obfuscate 
something that was clear in the first place.
