This is for 2 T1 circuits, and is supposed to be 100 percent compatible 
with the WE D4 cards
He bought a similar one the other week for a single T1 and thought 
someone might be interested.
Although it only has 8 FXS circuits in it, the rest of the cards are 
unknown to me, he seems to think the WE D4 cards are available.
