[VoIP] Asterisk won't play sound (voice prompt) files

Hi Richard

The permissions are currently 644 but I have tried other values (that made
sense). The owner and group are "1000" - that is what the asterisk install
set. I have also tried root and asterisk (from the sound file download
instructions).

And yet...silence.
