[VoIP] Asterisk won't play sound (voice prompt) files

It looks like it's trying to force you to use ULAW files rather than GSM.

I've never compiled Asterisk without GSM support, but the error  
message doesn't indicate that it's trying to play a GSM file.

Can you install the ulaw files?
