[VoIP] Asterisk won't play sound (voice prompt) files

Try downloading a ulaw or g721 file from the internet
and see if it can play that (note that when you specify
the filename in the Playback command, you'll have to
include the filename extension, since that defaults to
gsm).

This way at least you can tell that your Asterisk can
play files back into call channels at all.
