[VoIP] More of the usual Verizon lameness

Thanks.  I did a search for PDFs on the CDROM before posting to the 
list.  I found no PDFs at all.  I did find 258 .HTM files.

Even uglier yet, the CDROM produces a Windows error message when 
inserted in the drive because it is frustrated in its attempt to find a 
flash player on my system so that it can dazzle me with what is probably 
nothing more than useless B.S.
